Job summary

Petsense by Tractor Supply is seeking a Team Member to deliver legendary customer service, support selling initiatives, and assist team members across duties in a busy store in Espanola, NM.

This role requires flexibility in shifts, basic computer skills, and a willingness to work with live animals; prior retail or pet knowledge is preferred, and reading/writing/counting correctly are essential.

Qualifications

• No experience required; retail experience and/or pet/live animal knowledge is strongly preferred.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required.
• Candidates must be able to read, write, and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash register and follow cash handling procedures.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and provide product guidance.
• Maintain merchandise, complete plan-o-grams and price changes.
• Ensure safety and care of live animals.
• Perform janitorial duties and documentation as required.
