Job summary

Pet Supermarket in Boca Raton seeks a Store Manager to oversee the customer experience and daily operations, driving sales and brand loyalty. You will lead a team, implement company programs, and ensure pet well-being while maintaining safety and compliance.

Reporting to the District Manager, you will train staff, manage budgets, and execute community outreach to grow the store’s market presence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in a retail manager role or a minimum of 1 year in a Store Manager role.
• Enjoy working with and around animals.
• College degree an asset

Responsibilities

• Drive sales, service, and customer experience initiatives in store to achieve sales, KPIs and other store performance goals; teach/train team to deliver customer experience.
• Build relationships and drive ongoing customer satisfaction; focus on customer experience, brand, and loyalty by engaging with the community.
• Ensure Brand Standards and operational excellence; manage expenses, loss prevention, safety standards, inventory, and staffing; execute training and merchandising standards.
• Review profit and loss and plan community events; develop and maintain staffing plans to ensure appropriate levels
