Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of successful retail store management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop future leaders.
• Proficiency in interpreting and using retail financial metrics to drive KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Engage & Sell: coach your team to build a loyal customer base and educate customers on products.
• People Development: develop your team, set and achieve store and individual goals, mentor through development plans.
• Recruitment & Retention: hire and develop a diverse team and partner with HR/district managers to fill roles.
• Operate & Delegate: use reports to adjust operations, ensure a clean, friendly, and efficient store.
