Job summary

Pet Food Express is seeking enthusiastic Sales Consultants to engage customers and recommend products that meet their needs. You’ll handle checkout, restock shelves, and support store operations while delivering a friendly, informative shopping experience.

Candidates should be sales-driven with a passion for pets, and be ready to participate in ongoing product education. The role is in San Francisco or Los Angeles, with a focus on excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience and pet experience is preferred.
• A sales-driven attitude with desire to exceed goals.
• A warm and welcoming personality with strong customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Engage & Sell: Proactively approach and engage with our two-legged and four-legged customers; ask questions to understand needs and build relationships.
• Learn & Educate: Participate in daily training to enhance product knowledge and sales skills; stay updated on new products and promotions.
• Operate & Maintain: Operate the cash register, stock shelves, unload shipments, and assist in store upkeep with safety awareness.
