Petco is seeking a dedicated Key Holder to help ensure smooth daily operations on the sales floor. You will supervise partners, open and close the store, and act as a point of contact when management is not present.

You will champion a safe, friendly environment for pets, customers, and colleagues. Responsibilities include leading on-floor activities, assisting with training, maintaining merchandising standards, and ensuring accurate cash handling and register procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience is typical for this role.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsabilités

• Open and close the store, following cash handling, safety, and security protocols.
• Lead on-floor supervision, train partners, and deliver strong customer service.
• Support store operations including merchandising, inventory, and promotions.
• Serve as the primary contact in the absence of store management.
