Job summary

Hollywood Feed Austin is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for Bark 'n Purr at 4604 Burnet Rd. The role supports the Store Manager to boost performance and customer satisfaction while upholding our policy to do what is right by the customer.

This position offers a competitive hourly wage of 19.61 to 23.00 per hour. Responsibilities include overseeing team members, delivering excellent service, managing inventory and daily operations, and coordinating meetings and deliveries as required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Commitment to animals and their owners.
• Ability to operate the point-of-sale system.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Work a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Oversee team members and communicate with customers; implement Store Manager instructions.
• Direct daily tasks of team members.
• Conduct performance evaluations upon the Store Manager's request.
• Assist Store Manager with employment-related matters per policy.
• Close the store 3 nights per week.
• Attend Assistant Store Manager meetings in person.
• Safely operate company vehicles and deliver Same Day Delivery orders per policy.
