Job summary

Hollywood Feed is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager at our The Woodlands location. The role includes supervising staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and handling daily operations to align with company policies.

The position offers an hourly wage of $19.61 to $23 per hour, with full-time hours and opportunities for performance recognition in a pet-friendly retail environment.

Qualifications

• Proven sales and teamwork skills.
• Experience using a POS system and driving responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee team and communicate with customers; follow store policies.
• Manage daily tasks and responsibilities of team members.
• Conduct or assist with performance evaluations as needed.
• Support store manager in disciplinary actions per policy.
• Close the store three nights per week.
• Attend assistant store manager meetings in person.
• Safely operate vehicles and fulfill Same Day Delivery orders.
