Hollywood Feed is seeking a friendly Retail Sales Associate to greet customers, recommend products for pets, and maintain a clean, safe store environment. You will master the POS system, handle transactions, and support inventory and deliveries while delivering outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Commitment to animals and their owners is essential.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Proven sales and customer service abilities.
• Knowledge of store products or ability to learn quickly.
• Ability to operate the POS system.
• Valid driver’s license with at least 2 years’ driving experience.
• Biometric safety systems may be used; compliance required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers according to standards.
• Demonstrate knowledge of products to help customers and pets.
• Stock deliveries and maintain store cleanliness and safety.
• Operate the point-of-sale system for transactions.
• Process customer accounts and perform inventory tasks.
• Attend educational sessions and participate in weekly duties.
• Support delivery operations including Same Day orders.
• Follow policies and safety procedures at all times.
