Job summary

Hollywood Feed is seeking a friendly Retail Sales Associate for the Cypress, TX location. You will greet customers, share product knowledge, and process transactions on our POS system while delivering outstanding service.

This role includes stocking, daily store maintenance, and assisting with deliveries as needed. Candidates should have a High School Diploma, a valid driver's license, and a customer-service mindset, with a willingness to learn about pet products.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Proven sales and customer service abilities.
• Knowledge of store products or ability to learn quickly.
• Ability to operate or learn the point-of-sale system.
• Valid driver's license with at least 2 years driving experience.
• Biometric system awareness and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers according to established standards.
• Demonstrate knowledge of store products to address customer and pet needs.
• Uphold respectful communication with supervisors, coworkers, and customers.
• Work independently and collaboratively as a team member.
• Unload and stock product deliveries.
• Operate the POS system including opening/closing registers.
• Process transactions and manage inventory tasks.
• Attend educational sessions.
• Complete routine store maintenance.
• Safely deliver Same Day Delivery orders when assigned.
