Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers according to Hollywood Feed's established customer service standards.
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of store products to address customer and pet needs.
• Operate the point-of-sale system including opening/closing registers, creating customer accounts, processing transactions, and inventory tasks.
• Unload and stock product deliveries.
• Participate in routine weekly store maintenance and price updates.
• Safely operate company vehicles and deliver Same Day Delivery orders per policies.
