Job summary

Family Center Farm & Home in Rolla, MO is seeking a customer-focused associate to deliver outstanding service, stock shelves, and keep the sales floor organized.

You will greet customers, share product knowledge, assist on the sales floor, and promote current promotions while maintaining store standards and safety.

• Responsible for organizing, stocking, and restocking shelves with available products.
• Drive sales by engaging customers, sharing product knowledge, and recommending products.
• Reinforce safety by identifying unsafe conditions and reporting to management.
• Promote trust and respect among personnel.
• Participate in the freight process as needed.
• Operate the cardboard baler.
