Destination Pet LLC, Endless Love Pet Resort, is seeking an Assistant Manager to help lead the team onsite and ensure top-tier pet care and customer service. You will supervise staff, assist with payroll, and maintain a safe, welcoming environment for pets and guests.

The role emphasizes leadership, problem solving, and strong communication, with a full-time schedule and health benefits. MS Office skills and experience in hospitality or retail are valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year management experience in hospitality, service and/or retail environments.
• Excellent oral presentation, writing, and analytical skills.
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supports the mission, vision, culture and policies of Destination Pet.
• Ensures the delivery of exceptional customer service and salesmanship.
• Schedules staff for work assignments and manages payroll
• Monitors and responds to pet guests' needs to ensure safety and comfort.
• Promotes and markets Destination Pet’s programs and services in the community.
