Job summary

NVA Pet Resorts is seeking a General Manager for its Happy Tails Pet Resort in Cedar Park, Texas. You will lead operations, guest experiences, revenue growth, and profitability while coaching a team to deliver exceptional pet care and service.

You'll own the resort's day-to-day performance, drive a data-driven plan, and foster a high-accountability culture across front- and back-of-house teams, aligning with brand standards and regional initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3 to 5 years of management experience with Profit and Loss responsibility.
• Strong leadership and people development abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and point-of-sale systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and guest experience across the resort.
• Own resort performance against budget and KPIs, including revenue and labor.
• Develop and coach the leadership bench and frontline teams.
• Drive sales, marketing programs, and community relationships.
