Job summary

Pawtown Pet Resort Madison is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative to be the first contact for clients and their pets. You will greet guests, answer questions about services, and help ensure a fantastic experience.

Responsibilities include front desk operations, scheduling, check-ins/check-outs, and coordinating with grooming and kennel teams. A dog-loving, team-oriented individual with strong communication skills is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and pets with a friendly, welcoming demeanor.
• Answer inquiries about boarding, grooming, and daycare services.
• Schedule appointments and manage reservations.
• Assist with check-ins/check-outs and front-desk operations.
• Coordinate with grooming/kennel staff to meet pet needs.
• Maintain clean, organized front office and files.
• Represent the Village positively to clients.
