What you'll do includes warmly greeting clients and pets, answering calls and emails, scheduling appointments, promoting services, and maintaining accurate records. The role requires a love of pets and reliability for weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome clients and their pets upon arrival.
• Answer phones, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Schedule and confirm appointments.
• Promote services and answer client questions knowledgeably.
• Maintain accurate client and pet records.
• Process invoices and collect payments.
• Manage check-in/check-out paperwork for pets.
• Keep front desk and lobby clean and organized.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure exceptional pet care.
