Job summary

Your Employment Solutions is hiring a Quality Control Lab Technician in Ogden, UT to help ensure every product leaving the facility meets strict food safety and quality standards. Qualifications

• 1+ year of quality control experience, preferably in beverage or low-acid food/drink manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience with HPLC and HACCP.
• Strong analytical lab skills with sharp attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Test raw materials, in-process product, and finished goods at defined production stages and accurately document all results.
• Collect microbiological samples and perform incubation, SAS, and retained sample checks.
• Conduct chemical concentration verification using titration kits and cleaning verification using ATP and micro swabs.
• Calibrate and perform routine cleaning of laboratory instruments.
• Verify incoming bulk raw materials during receiving.
• Communicate directly with production leads, maintenance, and distribution to keep shift operations running smoothly.
• Ensure all samples, chemicals, and equipment are handled correctly to prevent contamination.
• Maintain full compliance with GMP, food safety standards, and the company's Integrated Management System.

What You'll Do

What You Bring

Required

• Post-secondary education in Quality Control, Food Science, or a related field
