Job summary

Mars, Incorporated and its Affiliates in Franklin, TN seeks a Pet Parent Experience Manager to unite Expert Advice, Pet Parent Operations, and Systems and Technology to deliver best-in-class consumer experiences.

You will lead Pet Parent listening sessions, evolve VoPP reporting, and collaborate with Marketing and Corporate Affairs to translate insights into actions that reinforce Mars’ pet parent centric strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Public Relations, Marketing/Business or Science/Technology.
• Proven organizational skills and strong customer service mindset.
• Ability to collaborate across Marketing, Corporate Affairs and Operations.

Responsibilities

• Project manage priorities across Pet Parent Experience Operations, Expert Advice, and Voice of Pet Parent to deliver timely capabilities.
• Amplify Voice of Pet Parent reporting and insights to enable data-driven decisions.
• Lead Pet Parent listening sessions across the US and Canada and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver timely insights.
