Job summary

Sploot Veterinary Care, located in Commerce City, CO, seeks a full-time Pet Parent Experience Associate to deliver exceptional client experiences and support urgent and general care for pets in an onsite clinic setup.

You will greet and assist pet parents, manage the daily schedule, and work closely with veterinarians and team members to ensure smooth operations and high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Veterinary/Operations experience in a clinic setting preferred, with front-desk responsibilities.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality, client-centered experiences.
• Flexible weekly availability including weekends for 10-12 hour onsite shifts at a home clinic, with occasional cross-location coverage.

Responsibilities

• Independently serve as the first and last point of contact for pet parents, providing a welcoming, empathetic experience from check-in to checkout.
• Create, manage, and maintain the daily clinic schedule for efficient appointment flow.
• Collaborate with veterinarians, technicians, and associates to support high-quality patient care.
• Maintain composure in fast-paced situations and address in-clinic needs with professionalism.
• Reassure and inform pet parents to ensure confidence and support throughout their visit.
