Job summary

Sploot Veterinary Care in Denver seeks a full-time Pet Parent Experience Associate to deliver outstanding client experiences in urgent care and general practice settings. You’ll be the welcoming face from check-in to check-out, coordinating schedules and supporting the care team.

Join a collaborative clinic where you’ll engage with veterinarians and staff, manage appointments, and stay calm under pressure. Flexible weekend availability is required at an onsite home clinic.

Qualifications

• Veterinary/operations experience preferred, including front-desk duties.
• Strong focus on delivering high-quality client experiences.
• Flexible weekly availability including weekends for 10–12 hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first and last point of contact for pet parents from check-in to check-out.
• Create and manage the daily clinic schedule for efficient flow.
• Collaborate with veterinarians and technicians to support patient care.
• Maintain composure in fast-paced situations and communicate clearly.
• Provide reassuring guidance to pet parents throughout the visit.

Sploot Veterinary Care is redefining urgent and primary care for pets, and we’re seeking a full-time Pet Parent Experience Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences and making a meaningful impact for pets and their families.

What Makes You A Great Fit

• Veterinary/Operations Experience: Veterinary, animal care, or clinic operations experience preferred, including hands‑on work in a veterinary or animal care setting and front-desk/reception responsibilities
• Customer Service Excellence: Demonstrated ability to deliver consistently high-quality, client-centered experiences
• Schedule & Availability: Flexible weekly availability, including weekends, for 10-and 12-hour shifts in an onsite role at a dedicated home clinic, with occasional coverage across multiple clinic locations

What You’ll Do

• Client Support & Coordination: Independently serve as the first and last point of contact for pet parents, providing a welcoming, empathetic experience from check-in through check-out
• Schedule Management: Create, manage, and maintain the daily clinic schedule to ensure efficient appointment flow and operational consistency
• Team Collaboration: Partner closely with veterinarians, technicians, and fellow associates to support high-quality patient care
• Problem-Solving: Maintain composure in fast-paced or high-pressure situations, addressing in-clinic needs with professionalism and sound judgment
• Clear Communication & Guidance: Reassure and inform pet parents, ensuring they feel confident and supported throughout their visit
