Job summary

Sploot Veterinary Care is seeking a full-time Pet Parent Experience Associate to join our urgent care and general practice team. This onsite role focuses on delivering welcoming, empathetic client experiences and coordinating daily clinic operations.

You’ll support pet parents from check-in to check-out, manage the schedule, collaborate with veterinarians and technicians, and help us maintain a calm, efficient clinic environment.

Qualifications

• Veterinary, animal care, or clinic operations experience preferred, including hands-on work in a veterinary or animal care setting and front-desk responsibilities.
• Customer service excellence with a focus on delivering client-centered experiences.
• Flexible weekly availability, including weekends, for 10- and 12-hour shifts in an onsite role at a dedicated home clinic.

Responsibilities

• Client Support & Coordination: Serve as the first and last point of contact for pet parents, ensuring a welcoming experience from check-in to check-out.
• Schedule Management: Create, manage, and maintain the daily clinic schedule for efficient appointment flow.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with veterinarians, technicians, and associates to support high-quality patient care.
• Problem-Solving: Stay composed in fast-paced situations, addressing in-clinic needs with professionalism.
• Clear Communication & Guidance: Reassure pet parents and keep them informed throughout their visit.

Sploot Veterinary Care is redefining urgent and primary care for pets, and we’re seeking a full-time Pet Parent Experience Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences and making a meaningful impact for pets and their families.

• Problem-Solving: Maintain composure in fast-paced or high-pressure situations, addressing in-clinic needs with professionalism and sound judgment
• Clear Communication & Guidance: Reassure and inform pet parents, ensuring they feel confident and supported throughout their visit
