Job summary

Sploot is hiring a veterinary assistant to join a supportive, tech-forward team. Flexible 10–12 hour shifts with varying days per week and no overnights, plus mentorship and growth opportunities.

You will assist doctors and technicians, provide client support, maintain a clean clinic, and enjoy benefits like health/dental/vision, 401(k), PTO, and paid parental leave.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of veterinary assistant experience; emergency or urgent care is a plus but not required.
• Team-first mindset — collaborative, communicative, and ready to jump in where needed.

Responsibilities

• Clinic Upkeep: Maintain a clean, organized clinic environment for pets, clients, and the whole team.
