Job summary

Sploot Veterinary Care is hiring a full-time Pet Parent Experience Associate at our on-site home clinic. You’ll be the first and last contact for clients, coordinating schedules and delivering a welcoming, compassionate experience for pets and families.

We’re seeking candidates with veterinary/clinic operations exposure and a strong focus on customer service. The role offers flexible shifts, including weekends, with competitive pay and benefits.

Sploot Veterinary Care is redefining urgent and primary care for pets, and we’re seeking a full-time Pet Parent Experience Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences and making a meaningful impact for pets and their families.

What Makes You A Great Fit

• Veterinary/Operations Experience: Veterinary, animal care, or clinic operations experience preferred, including hands-on work in a veterinary or animal care setting and front-desk/reception responsibilities
• Customer Service Excellence: Demonstrated ability to deliver consistently high-quality, client-centered experiences
• Schedule & Availability: Flexible weekly availability, including weekends, for 10-and 12-hour shifts in an onsite role at a dedicated home clinic, with occasional coverage across multiple clinic locations

What You’ll Do

• Client Support & Coordination: Independently serve as the first and last point of contact for pet parents, providing a welcoming, empathetic experience from check-in through check-out
• Schedule Management: Create, manage, and maintain the daily clinic schedule to ensure efficient appointment flow and operational consistency
• Team Collaboration: Partner closely with veterinarians, technicians, and fellow associates to support high-quality patient care
• Problem-Solving: Maintain composure in fast-paced or high-pressure situations, addressing in-clinic needs with professionalism and sound judgment
• Clear Communication & Guidance: Reassure and inform pet parents, ensuring they feel confident and supported throughout their visit
