Job summary

Dogtopia in Tucson is seeking a Pet Parent Coordinator to be the first point of contact for Pet Parents and their dogs. You will greet dogs and people, answer questions in person and by phone, and check dogs in and out of daycare. You’ll also share information about our daycare packages and memberships with Pet Parents.

Ideal candidates love dogs, are energetic, and enjoy teamwork. Training is provided, and after successful training you may bring your own dog to work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 1–2 years in sales or customer service preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word/Excel) and basic computer skills.
• Strong communication and customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Greet Pet Parents and guests as they enter or leave.
• Answer questions over the phone and in person about services and packages.
• Check dogs in and out of daycare and manage leashed dogs during intake.
• Share information about daycare packages and memberships with Pet Parents.
