Dogtopia in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Pet Parent Coordinator. You will be the first point of contact for Pet Parents, greeting clients and their dogs, and sharing information about daycare packages and memberships.

Ideal candidates are energetic, organized, and have 1–2 years in sales or customer service. Training is provided, with opportunities to grow within a dog-loving team.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in a sales or customer service-related role.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proactive, energetic, and able to multi-task.
• Proficient with MS Office, basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and their dogs, answer questions in person and by phone.
