Dogtopia seeks an energetic Pet Parent Coordinator to be the first contact for Pet Parents and their pups. You will greet visitors, answer questions in person and over the phone, check dogs in and out of daycare, and share information about daycare packages and memberships.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational and detail-oriented skills.
• Strong sales and customer service background.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Friendly and professional phone and email etiquette.
• Energetic, proactive, and problem-solving mindset.
• 1–2 years in a sales or customer service role.
• Proficient with MS Office and basic computer tools.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and manage check-in/out of dogs.
• Answer questions over the phone and in person.
• Explain daycare packages and memberships.
• Coordinate daily operations with the team.
• Support the General Manager in driving sales and customer satisfaction.
