Chewy Vet Care, PLLC is seeking a full-time Client Concierge to join our Healthcare Practice Team. You’ll support veterinarians, technicians, assistants, and the practice manager while delivering an exceptional pet-parent experience.

You will manage patientIntakes, coordinate communications, and ensure care aligns with our SOPs. The role emphasizes empathy, clear communication, and teamwork in a fast-paced veterinary setting, with potential weekend shifts and some travel.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years working in a customer-focused environment, veterinary preferred.
• Strong ability to connect with clients and demonstrate empathy and compassion.
• Excellent social, verbal / written communication, observational, and analytical skills.
• Thrives in a fast paced, self-starter environment.

Responsibilities

• Focus on embodying Chewy Vet Care culture and deliver the pet parent WOW experience.
• Handle all patient intakes and front-end client-facing interactions.
• Provide customer service to assist pet parents with medical needs and resolve issues promptly.
• Use Practice Information Management System (PIMS) for the role and follow SOPs/SOC.
