Job summary

IDEXX Laboratories, Inc is seeking a Laboratory Technician / Specimen Processor in North Grafton, MA. You will receive, prepare, and accession veterinary samples (blood, urine, feces, biopsies) for laboratory analysis, enter data, and prep materials for testing departments.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow SOPs, safety and quality procedures.

Responsibilities

• Receive, prepare, and accession veterinary samples for lab analysis.
• Enter specimen data into computer tracking system.
• Rack and bundle prepared samples for delivery to testing departments.
• Assist lab personnel with specimen storage and ensuring Turnaround Times are met.
