Job summary

Yukon Hills Animal Hospital in Yukon, Oklahoma is seeking a Receptionist to join our veterinary team. You will manage a multi-line phone system, greet clients, and help keep patient records and schedules accurate.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $16-$18 based on experience, a flexible schedule including some weekends/holidays, and benefits through Mission Pet Health. Experience with veterinary software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be the Director of First Impressions: manage a multi-line phone system and greet clients.
• Ensure seamless care coordination: maintain medical records and appointment schedules.
• Handle financial transactions and support compassionate client care.
• Advocate for pet health and educate clients on preventive care.
• Provide a calming, empathetic presence for clients and their pets.
