Job summary

Mission Pet Health is seeking a friendly receptionist to join our Yukon Hills Animal Hospital network in Yukon, Oklahoma. You will be the first point of contact for clients, manage appointments, and handle payments with empathy for both pets and their families.

Role requires excellent customer service, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Veterinary software experience is preferred, with some weekends and holidays required.

Qualifications

• A passion for providing excellent customer service and a genuine love for animals.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to manage stressful situations with good judgment and a positive attitude.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• A collaborative, team-first mindset and the ability to work both independently and with direction.
• Experience with veterinary software is preferred. A flexible schedule, including some weekends and holidays, is required.

• Be the Director of First Impressions: manage a multi-line phone system, greet clients with a positive attitude, and reflect our commitment to compassionate care.
• Ensure Seamless Care Coordination: maintain accurate medical records, manage appointment schedules, and handle financial transactions.
