Yukon Veterinary Hospital is seeking an experienced receptionist to join our team in Yukon, OK. You will greet clients, triage inquiries, schedule appointments, and process payments while delivering compassionate care in a busy veterinary setting.
Availability includes 7am-6pm Monday through Friday with some Saturdays. We offer strong benefits and opportunities for growth through training and education.

Our receptionistswill greet you personally and pleasantly, andour licensedveterinary technicians can educate you on topics such as bandage care and diabetic management. Our facility has state of the artmedical equipmentenabling us to providein house laboratory diagnostics, digital radiology, and ultrasonography.
Job duties include, but are not limited to:
Maintain the visual appeal or the hospital reception area, greet and welcome clients and patients, answer questions and triage client concerns, answer calls or emails and direct to the appropriate party for resolution, schedule appointments to maximize efficiency and daily flow, check in and check out clients and process payments. Our receptionists offer friendly emotional support in a compassionate and discreet manner during times of need to our clients and must be comfortable with various medical outcomes.
Must be able to withstand unpleasant odors and noises. May be exposed to bites, scratches, animal waste and potentially contagious diseases.

Pay: $14-$16/hour, depending on experience, with potential for a higher rate based on extensive experience
