The role requires interaction with clients, maintaining clean work areas, and supporting store operations as needed. A high school diploma and basic grooming tools proficiency are expected.

Qualifications

• Must provide own grooming tools or be willing to purchase required tools.
• Associates must be able to read, write and count accurately.
• Experience grooming pets and comfort working with dogs and cats.

Responsibilities

• Follow and demonstrate Petsense mission and values.
• Answer phone and schedule appointments.
• Greet pets and prepare for grooming.
• Clip nails and perform grooming procedures per customer instruction.
• Maintain safety and sanitize grooming tools and equipment.
• Assist in store operations as needed.
