Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 1-year experience grooming/styling pets.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Paragon Level 1 & 2 training provided by Petsense.
• Must provide own tools (clippers, blades, shears) or be willing to purchase them.

Responsibilities

• Follow and demonstrate Petsense by Tractor Supply Mission and Values.
• Book appointments and greet pets on arrival; reassure and calm animals as needed.
• Clip dog’s hair, trim nails, bathe, and follow requested clipping patterns.
• Maintain grooming safety standards and complete required forms.
• Assist in store operations and ensure cleanliness of grooming areas.
