Petsense by Tractor Supply is seeking a professional pet groomer to provide grooming services for dogs and cats. The role emphasizes customer service, appointment scheduling, and following grooming procedures to ensure safe and comfortable experiences for pets.

The position requires at least 1 year of grooming experience and owning grooming tools, or willingness to purchase. High school diploma or equivalent and training credentials are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year grooming/styling experience.
• Must provide own grooming tools or be willing to purchase required tools.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Paragon Level 1 & 2 training provided by Petsense.
• Able to read, write, and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service.
• Follow and demonstrate Petsense by Tractor Supply Mission and Values.
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts and varied hours, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Answer phone and schedule appointments.
• Assist in generating business by calling existing and new customers, scheduling appointments and reminders, and verifying vaccinations.
• Book appointments and greet pets.
• Complete and maintain customer and company forms.
• Adhere to safety rules and procedures.
