Qualifications

• Able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service.

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Answer phones and schedule appointments.
• Assist in generating business by calling customers and scheduling reminders.
• Greet and handle pets; complete 7-point checkin.
• Adhere to grooming safety procedures and use tools correctly.
