Aged, Inc. seeks a dedicated Benefits Coordinator to guide individuals with special needs through SSI-Related Medicaid applications and recertifications.

You will prepare and track submissions, review documentation, respond to requests, and monitor ongoing eligibility for elderly and disabled clients. Qualifications

• Experience submitting Medicaid applications online, minimum 1 year.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable interacting with elderly individuals, families, and professionals.

Responsibilities

• Complete Medicaid applications and recertifications, gathering documents.
• Manage caseload from initial application to approval or recertification.
• Review Medicaid notices and follow up with clients and advocates.
• Document communications and maintain organized case records.
• Interface with DCF staff and other professionals.
