Evergreen Veterinary Hospital is hiring a Veterinary Receptionist for a part-time role. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 2pm to 7pm, with no nights, weekends, or holiday shifts.

• Create a welcoming and compassionate experience for clients and their pets.
• Greet clients and patients and support efficient check-in/check-out.
• Assist with appointment scheduling and help keep the hospital’s daily schedule organized.
• Answer phones and communicate professionally with clients.
• Help maintain accurate client and patient information.
• Support client education and communication during visits.
• Collaborate with teammates to keep hospital operations running smoothly.
