VEG for Pets is seeking a Customer Experience Coordinator to shape the pet owner's journey from first contact through post-visit care. You will be the friendly face handling calls, emails, and in-person interactions with a focus on empathy and efficient service in a high-energy veterinary ER environment.

You'll collaborate with nurses and doctors, guide families on care options, and help maintain a positive, memorable experience for every client and pet.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service with strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in practice management and CRM tools.
• Highly organized and detail oriented in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent interpersonal skills; able to stay composed in noisy environments.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients and their pets with warmth and urgency.
• Manage calls, emails, and texts; route urgent medical concerns to a doctor.
• Provide compassionate guidance on options, payments, and follow-ups.
• Keep medical team updated on patient and family needs for seamless care.
• Protect confidential information and process payments accurately.
