PetVet Care Centers’ AnimERge in Raritan, NJ seeks a Veterinary Client Care Liaison to be the primary contact for pet owners, coordinating care and communicating updates during hospital visits. This role blends receptionist and care coordination with a focus on client communication, patient flow, and administrative support in a fast-paced emergency setting.

The ideal candidate is compassionate, organized and proactive, comfortable juggling multiple responsibilities while delivering 5-star

Competenze

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must deliver consistent 5-star service focused on client satisfaction.
• Able to manage multiple phone lines and in-person client care.
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Basic bookkeeping knowledge with invoicing troubleshooting.
• Experience in an animal hospital is highly desired.
• Tech savvy and able to adapt to multiple patient-management systems.

Mansioni

• Reception & Client Care Coordination: answer phones, greet clients, register patients, check-in/out, scheduling, payments; maintain client/patient records; coordinate emergency visits; obtain records and approvals; provide coverage as needed.
• Client Communication & Patient Flow: serve as primary client contact during visits; provide wait-time and status updates; manage exam room availability and discharge readiness; collaborate with veterinarians and staff; address concerns with empathy.
• Financial & Administrative Support: explain treatment estimates, deposits, and financing; review invoices; identify missed charges; support A/R management; assist with and document payments; support admin projects and reporting; seek process improvements.
