Job summary

RAYUS Radiology is seeking a PET/CT Technologist to join our team on a per-diem basis in Florida. You will operate PET/CT scanners, prepare patients, and deliver high-quality imaging services with patient-centered care.

The role requires NMTCB or ARRT in Nuclear Medicine, AMA-approved radiography education, state licensure if applicable, CPR, and the ability to perform PET/CT independently. DailyPay available and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• NMTCB or ARRT registered technologist in Nuclear Medicine, current and in good standing
• Graduate of the AMA approved school of radiography
• Licensed Radiological Technologist in the appropriate state, if applicable
• Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification
• Must have training and experience sufficient to competently perform PET/CT procedures independently
• Certification in imaging specialty

Responsibilities

• Operate PET/CT scanner(s) to produce images for diagnostic purposes
• Screen patients and prepare them for imaging, explaining procedures as needed
• Maintain patient records in RIS and ensure HIPAA compliance
• Follow safety regulations and handle radiopharmaceuticals per NRC/state policies
• Perform quality control procedures and assist with department tasks as assigned
