Qualifications

• Associate's Degree preferred.
• Formal radiological technologic training from an accredited school.
• Previous experience as a Radiology Tech preferred.
• Previous experience with PACS, RIS, EMR, CR, OR, ER, DRX, CT and Meditech preferred.
• Valid NYS Radiological Technologist license, registered.
• A.R.R.T (CT certification) DOH license injection privileges required.
• Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist.

Responsibilities

• The CT Technologist performs routine radiographic and interventional radiographic procedures in accordance with the technologist training and license.
• Prepares and administers oral contrast for patient consumption.
• Prepares and maintains records and files as required.
