Job summary

MyMichigan Health is seeking a PET/CT Technologist in Midland, MI to perform fusion imaging using ionizing and non-ionizing radiation for diagnostics and research. The role requires administering PET radiopharmaceuticals, reviewing patient history, and ensuring proper preparation.

The candidate must have CNMT/ARRT(N) or NMTCB/ARRT(N) certification, BLS, and an Associate Degree with clinical Nuclear Medicine experience; RIS/HIS knowledge preferred.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Healthcare Related Field or Nuclear Medicine Technology knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Wear radiation monitoring devices during exposures according to safety standards.
• Produce high quality diagnostic and research imaging with minimal supervision.
• Provide patient care, perform instrumentation and quality control; know radiation safety.
• Interact with patients and University personnel in a professional manner.
• Operate computers and medical charting systems; flexible work schedule.
• Adhere to Joint Commission Quality Standards including CPR and Infection Control.
