Job summary

Akumin is hiring a PET/CT Technologist for mobile facilities in and around Marietta, GA. The role requires operating imaging equipment, ensuring patient safety, and delivering high-quality PET/CT studies. You will work at multiple sites, demonstrate strong patient communication, and follow radiation safety guidelines.

The position is full-time with a $10,000 sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits. Requirements include NMTCB or ARRT(N) certification, state license, CPR, and the ability to

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Certification in Nuclear Medicine by NMTCB or ARRT (N).
• State license, as required.
• CPR certification.
• Valid state driver’s license, as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Ensure patient safety and radiation safety practices.
• Produce high quality diagnostic PET/CT images.
• Communicate effectively with patients and radiologists.
• Train new technologists or PC's.
• Troubleshoot scanner, workstation and peripheral equipment.
