The role emphasizes patient safety, accurate image acquisition, and collaboration with radiologists, with opportunities to train staff and support multiple locations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent Experience.
• NMTCB/ARRT (N) nuclear medicine certification.
• State license as required.
• CPR certification.
• Ability to work at several locations.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Basic knowledge of computer applications and programs.
• Associate's Degree or Equivalent Experience
• 1–2 years of Nuclear Medicine procedures experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure patient safety including pre-screening and radiation safety procedures.
• Produce high-quality PET/CT images.
• Communicate effectively with patients, radiologists, and staff.
• Train new technologists and/or PC's.
• Troubleshoot the scanner, coach, and peripheral equipment (monitors, PACS, coils, etc.).
