American Oncology Network, Inc. is seeking a PET/CT Technologist I (PRN) for The Center for Cancer & Blood Disorders in Bethesda, MD. The role involves administering radiopharmaceuticals, operating PET/CT equipment, and ensuring high-quality imaging with strict safety practices.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of PET/CT experience, NMTCB or ARRT certification, and a current CPR/BLS. State licensing may be required by locality. This is a part-time, on-site position with daytime shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year active PET/CT Technologist experience.
• Graduate from an accredited Nuclear Medicine Technology program or similar.
• Certified NM or PET Technologist (NMTCB or ARRT).
• State license if required; CPR/BLS current.
• English fluency; Spanish desirable.

Responsibilities

• Administer radiopharmaceuticals and contrast materials per SOP.
• Operate PET/CT scanner to acquire diagnostic images.
• Perform QA checks on PET/CT and hot lab equipment.
• Ensure patient safety following ALARA principles.
• Document procedures and patient records accurately.
