Job summary

Louisiana SPCA seeks a Community Clinic Client Relations Associate in New Orleans to be the friendly face of our Community Clinic, greeting clients, scheduling appointments, processing payments, and handling data entry.

You will reconcile end-of-day processes, educate clients on our resources, and support the veterinary team by listening to customer concerns and maintaining accurate records. This role requires excellent communication, organization, and a compassionate approach to animal welfare.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous customer service experience required.
• Must be computer savvy and able to learn multiple software programs quickly.
• Experience in Veterinary Clinic setting a plus.
• Bi-lingual in Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and assist with appointments.
• Process payments and data entry; perform end-of-day reconciliation.
• Educate clients on LA-SPCA resources and services.
• Maintain accurate records and confidentiality.
• Support veterinary team with customer concerns in a compassionate manner.
