Job summary

Gateway Services is seeking an Operations Team Member for our Northfield, VT facility. This on-site, full-time role involves standing, lifting, and performing cremation-related tasks to support families and veterinary partners with dignity and accuracy.

You will work with a supportive team to meet daily production goals. Training is provided, no prior industry experience is required, and compensation is hourly with a 40-hour workweek.

Qualifications

• No prior industry experience required; training provided.
• Ability to perform light to moderate lifting and stand for long periods.
• On-site role based in Northfield, VT with some wearable equipment handling.

Responsibilities

• Operate cremation equipment following established procedures.
• Process and package cremated remains with accuracy and care.
• Create memorial products such as paw prints and keepsakes.
• Perform quality checks to ensure every order is correct.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet daily production goals.
