Job summary

Petsense is seeking a Team Member in the Franklin, KY area to provide legendary customer service and support selling initiatives. You will be flexible, service-oriented, and able to work varied hours including nights and weekends while performing duties related to merchandising, loading purchases, and live animal care.

No prior experience required; a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred and reading, writing, and counting skills are essential.

Qualifications

• No experience required; retail and/or pet/live animal knowledge preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; reading, writing and counting skills needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash register and follow cash handling procedures.
• Maintain attendance and work varied hours including nights and weekends.
• Assist customers and support selling initiatives (TEAM).
• Recovery of merchandise and participate in freight processes.
• Execute plan-o-gram merchandising and price changes.
• Assist customers with loading purchases; ensure safety and care of live animals.
