Qualifications

• Previous retail experience required; key holder or supervisory experience preferred.

• Basic math skills and experience handling cash and transactions.

Responsibilities

• Uphold Petco’s store standards and customer service expectations.
• Lead and support store partners on the floor and during shifts.
• Open and close the store following cash handling and safety protocols.
• Assist with merchandising, pricing, and planograms to maintain shop appeal.
• Provide guidance and direction to partners and act as a primary contact in the supervisor's absence.
