Job summary

Grand Canyon Railway and Hotel is hiring for a guest and pet registration role, offering full-time hours and a pay of $18.35 per hour. You will check guests in and out, collect payments, and provide accurate property information while maintaining top-notch guest service.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work with little supervision and perform daily tasks quickly.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task under pressure.
• Guest service oriented, flexible, and a team player.
• Previous computer knowledge and ability to learn POS and property systems.
• Must be at least 19 years old and hold a valid Arizona driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Register guests and pets, check in/out, and collect payments.
• Provide property information and maintain exceptional guest service.
• Adhere to policies and learn Opera and Raymark systems.
• Handle guest requests, follow up, and involve supervision when needed.
• Keep kennels clean, feed and medicate pets, and ensure safety.
• Answer phones, ring up purchases, and assist in the kennel/c-store areas.
• Work nights, weekends, holidays, and split shifts as required.
