Pampered Paws is seeking a General Manager to oversee our Wisconsin Dells location, including daycare, overnight boarding, grooming, and training. You will lead a team, set strategic goals, and partner with the Area Manager to drive financial and customer outcomes while nurturing a high-performance culture.

You will ensure compliance with state standards and uphold a pet‑centric service mindset, guiding staff through hiring, training, and performance management to deliver outstanding experiences

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary team.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with staff and external partners.
• Demonstrated focus on customer experience and veterinary/pet-care standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and guide all team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Manage staffing, retention, and morale; own performance metrics and customer experience.
• Oversee P&L, budget adherence, and operational efficiency; partner with Area Manager on strategic plans.
• Build relationships with local veterinary partners, shelters, and community stakeholders.
• Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle including hiring, training, and performance management.
